Spelling city
Description: 4 my writing we had 2 do a spelling test & now we have 2 practice some of our words & spelling city gave me 2 test.

My result:
Big Idea: For writing we have 2 spell the words correctly so thats why we do spelling.
Evaluation: I think that I did well at timing and spelling but the words were to easy so next time I would find something that challenges me.

Jアパネセ (japanese)
Description: On Thursdays the year 6s and the year 5s split up and the year 5s do passion projects like we did last year. The year 6s also split in half and there is Japanese 1 and there's Japanese 2. I'm in Japanese 2 so we go 2 drama with Nic first and then after that we do Japanese. then while we do Japanese

Evaluation: I'm proud of how I've came to understand the Japanese language and culture and I love it so far but in the writing numbers in Japanese I did some things wrong and in the future I'm going to fix things.

2016 writing diagram Green 1
Description: In literacy the teachers have 2 writing groups each. 4 Troy there is Red 1 and Red 2, 4 Elly she has Blue 1 and Blue 2, Nic also has a Green 1 and a Green 2. I'm in Green 1. and in our workshop we did a diagram on what a Non-fiction has and what a Fiction story has and in the middle what they have in common.

banyan tree art
Description: In the last week of term 1 we did some art. Anna was relieving in P3 at the time while Nic was away. We created some art where we had a black out line of a banyan tree and used gradient colours 2 fill the gaps. First we made the outline of the banyan tree after that we used black paint to colour the tree outline. Soon after the paint had dried we started to use pastel to colour in the gaps of the banyan tree and decided 2 give the gradient effect but thats not all we did so after filling in the gaps we did the background and gave a sunset background with the tree sitting peacefully in the water.

Evaluation: I think I was creative with the gradient colours and finding new colour compinations. I didn't find anything hard but I still tried my best and was very fun. :)
maths 2.5.16
Description: Today we started maths again after our school holiday. This term we're focused on fractions and in Nic A we did a factions problem and this is my work:
Evaluation: I think that I did well @ slitting the bag up the right way. I didn't think I was challenged enough with this problem so next time I expect a problem more aimed @ my age.
